By submitting a booking request or inquiry through our website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.

 

All bookings made through the website are considered requests only and are subject to confirmation by our team. No payments are processed online. Once a booking is confirmed, payment details will be communicated directly. A 50% deposit is required via wire transfer to secure the booking, with the remaining balance payable upon arrival in Jordan. Final pricing and arrangements will be confirmed in writing prior to payment.

Personal information collected through our forms, including names, contact details, travel preferences, and special requests, is used solely for the purpose of responding to inquiries, arranging tours, and providing related services. We respect your privacy and do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties except where necessary to fulfill your booking (such as accommodations, guides, or transport providers). All reasonable measures are taken to protect your information.

Clients are responsible for ensuring they have valid travel documents, including passports and visas, and are advised to obtain appropriate travel insurance. Participation in tours and activities is at the client’s own risk, and all participants are expected to follow safety instructions provided by guides and partners. We act as an intermediary between clients and third-party service providers and cannot be held liable for delays, changes, losses, or circumstances beyond our control.

By using this website, you agree to use its content for personal and non-commercial purposes only. We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time, with changes taking effect once published. These terms are governed by the laws of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

We understand that plans can change. As no payments are processed through our website, all bookings, whether group or personalised tours, are considered requests until confirmed directly by our team and a 50% payment is made.

If you need to cancel or modify your booking request, please notify us as soon as possible by contacting our team via email or phone. Once your tour has been confirmed and a 50% deposit has been paid, this deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation, as arrangements and reservations will have already begun with our partners (such as accommodations, guides, or transport providers).

Cancellation terms may vary depending on the services involved, and any applicable conditions will be clearly communicated at the time of confirmation. For personalized tours, please note that last-minute cancellations may impact third-party reservations made on your behalf.
